All machines purchased new from PC City have a 1 year all inclusive warranty. This warranty covers virus clean ups, diagnostics, and fixes both hardware and software.

Once the 1 year warranty has expired, a complimentary lifetime labor warranty will take affect. This lifetime labor warranty waives all but one labor cost; which is our virus cleanup. However, the virus cleanup fee will be discounted at maximum $45.

NOTE: All services PCCity completed, have a complimentary 30 day labor warranty as well.
